No — you can book directly with us without a referral. However, if you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate on your sessions, which can reduce your out-of-pocket cost.

Visit your GP and ask for a Mental Health Treatment Plan. This gives you access to Medicare rebates for psychological services. You can also get a referral from a psychiatrist. Once you have this, bring it to your first session and we will walk you through the rest.

You join a secure video call from wherever you are — home, your car, wherever feels comfortable. Sessions run for 50 to 60 minutes and are structured but conversational. You will always know what you are working on and why.

No. You do not need a formal diagnosis to start. Many people come to us while they are still exploring whether they have ADHD, or because they are struggling with things that often come alongside it — like anxiety, low mood or burnout.

That depends on what you are working on. Some people benefit from a focused short-term block. Others prefer ongoing support as things in their life shift. We will discuss what makes sense for you at the start and keep checking in as we go.

Yes. We see clients via telehealth from anywhere in Australia. No matter where you live, you can access the same quality of support.
