No — you can book directly with us without a referral. However, if you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate on your sessions, which can reduce your out-of-pocket cost.
Visit your GP and ask for a Mental Health Treatment Plan. This gives you access to Medicare rebates for psychological services. You can also get a referral from a psychiatrist. Once you have this, bring it to your first session and we will walk you through the rest.
You join a secure video call from wherever you are — home, your car, wherever feels comfortable. Sessions run for 50 to 60 minutes and are structured but conversational. You will always know what you are working on and why.
